Prime Time
Accessibility
Last updated October 2026
Prime Time is a simple, two-button game, and we've tried to make it work just as well with VoiceOver as it does by sight.
- Every button has a clear, spoken label — "It's prime" and "It's not prime" — rather than reading raw glyphs.
- Math notation in the fact cards (like exponents: ², ³) is converted to natural speech, e.g. "squared" or "cubed", so VoiceOver reads facts the way you'd say them aloud.
- Purely decorative elements, like the dot motif, are hidden from screen readers so they don't clutter navigation.
- The color palette is high-contrast by design: a dark background with bold, distinct colors for the two answer buttons.
- There's no flashing, strobing, or rapidly-moving content anywhere in the app.
- Text scales with your device's Dynamic Type setting, including larger accessibility sizes.
